Shipping policy

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that delivery time within Australia is generally 3-6 days, however we are at the mercy of Australia Post and other couriers doing their bit in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurances, customs, air or ground transportation strikes or delays, nor extra fees for international packages once they have exited Australia.
